Sonic Imagery End User Licensing Agreement

When you purchase this product from Sonic Imagery or one of its authorized resellers, we will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single site, lifetime license to use the music in synchronization within any of your own audio or video productions including, but not limited to, corporate videos, computer multi-media presentations, animations and trade shows, without additional licensing fees.

Use in radio and tv broadcasts, major theatrical releases, trailers or in mass market distribution of 10,000 units or more is licensed separately by contacting Stephen Bashaw at info@sonicimagery.com

You are not permitted to lend, share, rent, re-sell reproduce or otherwise transfer this music to any other individual or production company. Any attempt to do so is strictly prohibited without the written consent of Sonic Imagery, AHIA Music and/or its co-publishers and will subject you to criminal prosecution.

This music is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and other countries who provide for severe criminal penalties including fines, imprisonment and injunctive relief. Please indicate “All music is Sonic Imagery/AHIA Music (ASCAP) on your productions and list all titles used.

NOTE: Internet usage: Utilizing this music within a website is only allowed if it presented via a streaming format whereby the music cannot be downloaded by visitors to your site.
